JSC "CB "GLOBUS" announces a competitive selection of an external auditor

JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "COMMERCIAL BANK "GLOBUS" announces a competition for the selection of an independent auditing company to conduct an audit of the financial statements of JSC "KB GLOBUS" for the year ending December 31, 2024, the "Management Report" for 2024, and to assess the quality of the bank's assets regarding credit operations as of January 1, 2025.

Audit entities that meet the requirements established by the Law of Ukraine "On Audit of Financial Statements and Auditing Activity" (hereinafter referred to as the "Audit Law"), as well as the competition conditions, may participate in the competition.

The deadline for submitting competition proposals is September 20, 2024.

The conditions of the competition are outlined in the Procedure for Conducting the Competition for Selecting an Audit Entity to Provide Mandatory Audit Services for the Financial Statements of JSC "KB GLOBUS," which is attached.

The purpose of the competition is to obtain audit services for the mandatory audit of financial statements, the Management Report, and the assessment of the bank's assets in credit operations of JSC "CB GLOBUS" for 2024, which includes:

• Confirmation of the annual financial statements for submission to the National Commission on Securities and Stock Market (issuer's reporting);
• Confirmation of the annual financial statements for submission to the National Bank of Ukraine (Board Resolutions dated October 24, 2011, No. 373, August 2, 2018, No. 90, etc.);
• Assessment of the quality of the bank's assets and the acceptability of collateral for the bank's credit operations for 2024, in accordance with NBU Board Resolution No. 141 dated December 22, 2017 (per NBU's technical assignment).

Audit entities that:

• Do not meet the requirements of the Audit Law;
• Have submitted documents containing false information for participation in the competition,

are not allowed to participate in the competition.

To participate in the competition, please send your audit proposals (cost, terms, etc.) and information regarding compliance with the requirements of the Audit Law.

Participants should submit the following documents to take part in the competition:

• Information about the audit firm (Appendix No. 1);
• Questionnaire of the audit entity (Appendix No. 2);
• Availability of licenses and certificates required by Ukrainian legislation;
• Price proposal for the contract payment and the calculation of service costs;
• Assurance letter regarding compliance with the requirements for participants in the competition according to the list;
• Results of the quality control of services confirmed by a relevant document from the Audit Chamber of Ukraine;
• Any other information that may be useful.

Documents received after the deadline or submitted incompletely or in violation of the competition conditions will not be allowed to participate in the competition.

Financial statements and other public information of JSC "KB GLOBUS" are available on the Bank's website on the Internet. Additional information about the activities of JSC "KB GLOBUS" may be provided upon request and as needed.

The results of the competition will be reviewed by the Audit Committee of JSC "CB GLOBUS."

We will inform all participants of the competition results by posting the relevant announcement on the Bank's website.
