Factoring

Factoring from Globus Bank allows companies engaged in continuous supply of goods (works, services) on trade credit terms to meet their needs.
Factoring Scheme:
  1. Suppliers deliver goods, perform works, or provide services to the Debtor.
  2. Suppliers (Clients) submit documents to the Factor that confirm the delivery of goods, performance of works, or provision of services to the Debtor.
  3. The Factor provides Clients with a portion of the funds from the delivery amount.
  4. The Debtor pays the Factor for the goods delivered, works performed, or services provided by the Suppliers.
  5. The Factor transfers the remaining funds from the delivery amount to the Clients.
Advantages of Factoring Services:
  • access to unsecured and revolving financing;
  • receipt of funds immediately after the delivery of goods (performance of works, provision of services);
  • increase in sales volumes of goods on trade credit terms;
  • ability to make bulk purchases of goods, thereby maintaining a diverse assortment of goods by replenishing working capital;
  • increase in purchase volumes without attracting additional capital (no need to use bank loans);
  • improvement of the balance structure by transforming receivables into cash received as factoring financing—without increasing the balance sheet total;
  • reduction of risks associated with payment delays, namely:
    • liquidity risk - risk of late payments by debtors;
    • currency risk - risk of changes in the exchange rate during the period of actual turnover of delivery;
    • interest rate risk -risk of sudden changes in the market value of financial resources.
