- Military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, other military formations established in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, and law enforcement agencies of special purpose, the State Special Transport Service, the State Special Communications and Information Protection Service of Ukraine, who are serving in the territory of Ukraine;
- Military personnel who have become disabled as a result of illness related to military service, or as a result of illness after being discharged from military service, related to military service;
- Family members of military personnel who have died or gone missing;
- Persons in captivity, missing persons, persons who have disappeared without a trace.
The confirming documents indicating the consumer's belonging to the protected category are:
- For military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, other military formations established in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, and law enforcement agencies of special purpose, the State Special Transport Service, the State Special Communications and Information Protection Service of Ukraine, serving in the territory of Ukraine, a certified reference issued by the commander (chief, head) or the person replacing him/her of the respective unit where such military personnel serve, or the head of the territorial recruitment and social support center who carried out the measures for calling up the consumer to military service, certified with the official seal, according to the form established by Appendix No. 2 to the Law. Handwritten references are allowed;
- For military personnel who have become disabled as a result of illness related to military service, or as a result of illness after being discharged from military service, related to military service, a war invalid certificate;
- For family members of military personnel who have died or gone missing, a family member certificate of the deceased;
- For persons in captivity, missing persons, and family members of military personnel who have disappeared without a trace, information provided by the state enterprise performing the functions of the National Information Bureau, confirming that the person is held in captivity or is listed as missing or disappeared without a trace.
Globus Bank borrowers belonging to the protected category, or their representatives, may send a notification of their desire to terminate interaction with bank representatives regarding issues related to settling the borrower's overdue debt with supporting documents indicating the borrower's belonging to the protected category by any convenient means from the following:

- by mail to the bank's postal address: 04073, Kyiv, Kurenivsky lane, 19/5;
- at the bank's branches;
- using the Bank's Chatbot in Messenger, Viber (search for Globus Bank), and Telegram (search for @GLOBUSBANK_bot) applications
A consumer who has lost their status as a protected category is obliged to inform the creditor, the new lender, within 30 calendar days from the date of loss of status.

All our military borrowers are entitled to benefits as defined by the Law of Ukraine "On Social and Legal Protection of Servicemen and Their Families," namely: they are exempt from paying fines and interest for the use of loans and credit cards. Currently, there are no legislative provisions for benefits regarding the repayment of the principal debt on credit liabilities.
To avail of the benefits, the following documents must be provided to the Bank:
- military card, with service entries made in the relevant sections (all pages);
- certificate of conscription into military service issued by the military commissariat or military unit (Form No. 5).
The provided document should contain the following details:
- official stamp/seal;
- document reference number and date;
- full name and signature of the commander of the military unit / military commissar;
- military unit number and name / military commissariat number;
- mobilization period (from which date/month/year the client was called up for military service during mobilization);
- order number and date of the Mobilization Order of the Military Enlistment Office (if available).;

Applications for benefits can be submitted by military personnel themselves or by their relatives.
