GLOBUS transfers are a fast, convenient, and safe addressless delivery of funds in cash or non-cash form. You can always provide financial support to your family and friends, no matter what distances separate you.

Advantages of GLOBUS transfers:

the transfer is addressless, meaning it can be received in any city where there are financial service provision points of the "GLOBUS" System;
for the receiver, the service is always free;
faster, simpler, and safer than handing over cash;
for transfers within Ukraine when crediting funds to a card – crediting is instant.

To send a GLOBUS transfer you need to:
Step 1. Visit a financial service provision point of the "GLOBUS" System, state where and to whom you want to send money, and specify the transfer amount.
Step 2. Provide the authorized employee with a document proving your identity (passport or other document).
Step 3. Receive your copy of the "Application for sending a transfer" with the control number of the transfer. Inform the receiver of the control number and amount.

To receive a GLOBUS transfer you need to:
Step 1. Visit a financial service provision point of the "GLOBUS" System, inform the authorized employee of the control number of the transfer.
Step 2. Provide the authorized employee with a document proving your identity (passport or other document) to receive the transfer.
Step 3. Receive the transfer in cash or to an account.

Return of a transfer
Return of a transfer is possible only to the sender upon presentation of the "Application for sending a transfer", an identity document, and only if the transfer has not been paid out to the receiver. Return of a transfer is possible in 3 cases:

The sender initiates the return of the transfer (the client fee for the transfer is not refunded).
The transfer was not received within 90 days after sending (the client fee for the transfer is not refunded).
The receiver could not get the transfer due to the System's fault (the client fee for the transfer is refunded).

Attention! Sending transfers from Ukraine through the system is temporarily unavailable according to the NBU resolution No. 18 dated 24.02.2022 "On the operation of the banking system during the period of martial law".
