The "eOselya" program promotes the positive image of the developer.

The state mortgage program "yeOselia" contributes to building the image of a reliable development company and generally enhances the trust of potential buyers in the primary housing market.

This opinion was expressed by Olena Dmitriieva, First Deputy Chairperson of the Board of GLOBUS BANK.

Referring to the data published by the Ukrainian Financial Housing Company ("Ukrfinzhytlo"), she stated that since 2024, the number of accredited developers participating in the "єОселя" program has increased nearly fivefold: as of early June, there are already almost 50. This also applies to the number of accredited projects under construction: according to official data, there are currently about 100 residential complexes in 14 regions of Ukraine.

The banker believes that the most significant achievement of "yeOselia" in the first half of the year is the gradual reorientation of this program towards the primary market, particularly towards projects under construction.

"Participation of developers in the state mortgage program, aside from purely strategic tasks of developing the maximum number of mechanisms for attracting potential buyers, requires compliance with clear accreditation criteria, including continuous construction, availability of all necessary permits, absence of legal encumbrances, and conformity of the project to declared characteristics, among others. Therefore, it can be considered that the participation of developers in 'yeOselia' serves as a kind of 'quality mark' and reliability for potential buyers," summarized Olena Dmitriieva.
