"Made in Ukraine" program

Globus Bank is a participant in the state program "Made in Ukraine," aimed at supporting domestic production and promoting the energy independence of Ukrainian businesses. As part of the program, the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine compensates up to 15% of the cost of Ukrainian-made machinery and equipment.


Which products are eligible for compensation?

  • Energy equipment
    • industrial energy storage systems
    • solar panels, power plants, collectors
    • wind power plants and mini-hydropower plants
    • wind energy generators, gas turbines, gas piston engines, and cogeneration units
    • transformers, distribution cabinets; heat pumps; individual heating units, recuperators, and metering devices
  • Wheeled machinery
    • buses — city, tourist, public, articulated, low-floor
    • tanker trucks — including those for transporting fuel and lubricants, as well as fire trucks
    • vans, trailers, semi-trailers
  • Construction, utility, and specialized machinery
    • cranes, including tower cranes, earthmoving machines; loaders, and backhoe loaders
    • garbage trucks, sewage and waste collection trucks, as well as elevators
    • mechanized demining machines (including robotic ones), pyrotechnic machines, and demining equipment

An important condition is that the production localization level must be at least 40%.

Conditions and procedure for receiving compensation

  1. Purchase equipment or machinery from the specified list and make the payment through Globus Bank.
  2. Submit a compensation application to Globus Bank, including copies of payment documents and an equipment acceptance certificate.
  3. Adhere to the application submission deadlines: items purchased before December 1, 2024, must be submitted for compensation by December 5. For purchases after this date, compensation will be available in the following year.

Compensation payments are made within the limits of available budget funding, and applications are reviewed in the order they are received.

Importan restrictions

Compensation is not provided to enterprises that have tax arrears exceeding six months, are subject to sanctions, or have ties with the aggressor country.
Additionally, the buyer is prohibited from reselling the equipment for which compensation was received within three years; otherwise, the compensation funds are subject to return..
