The bank confirms that it has a credit rating of uaAAA on the national rating scale (a borrower or individual debt instrument with a rating of uaAAA is characterized by the highest creditworthiness compared to other Ukrainian borrowers or debt instruments) and has high liquidity.

JSC "СB "GLOBUS" meets the following requirements:

Is a member of the Deposit Guarantee Fund for Individuals and has no financial debt to the Deposit Guarantee Fund regarding the payment of fees, fines, or penalties.
Has been operating in the banking market for over 10 years.
Neither JSC "СB "GLOBUS" nor its significant shareholders, nor related parties, have been subject to special economic or other restrictive sanctions by Ukrainian state bodies, foreign states that are members of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, the United States of America, or EU countries.
JSC "СB "GLOBUS" is solvent and not undergoing liquidation.

Form	Guarantee on paper and/or as an electronic document, signed with a qualified electronic signature of the authorized person of the Guarantee Bank and qualified electronic seal of the Guarantee Bank with a time stamp
Type of operation	Tender guarantee (unconditional and irrevocable)
Guarantee Term	Up to 12 calendar months
Transaction currency	UAH, USD, euro
Commission	Commission for providing the guarantee: from 1.5% of the guarantee amount, but not less than 1,500.00 UAH
Security	Financial guarantee of the owner(s) and/or director of the Principal, possible collateral: property rights on funds placed in a deposit account, and/or funds in a cash coverage account, and/or other movable or immovable property
Extension conditions	Allowed
Penalties and interest	1. In the event of a guarantee case and payment by the Bank to the Beneficiary, the interest rate for the use of bank funds is 35% per annum; 2. A penalty of double the NBU discount rate for each day of delay is charged on the overdue debt (principal and/or interest)
Early termination conditions (at client’s initiative)	No penalties apply
