Western Union has over 500,000 service points in 200 countries worldwide.

A payment operation through the Western Union system is usually completed within 10-15 minutes. Funds can be received through Bank Globus branch. Exceeding the payout amount, legislative, or other restrictions may lead to transaction delays.

 

To send a money transfer you need:
o Contact the nearest Western Union point;
o Provide a passport or an equivalent document;
o Specify the amount, currency, receiving country, and recipient's full name;
o Sign the transfer request and deposit the funds;
o Inform the recipient of the transfer control number, as indicated in the transfer request.

To receive a money transfer you need:
o Visit the nearest Globus Bank - Western Union branch;
o Provide a passport or an equivalent document and provide the transfer control number;
o Specify the amount and currency of the transfer, sender's full name;
o Sign the transfer receipt request;
o Receive the transfer amount at the Western Union service point.

Dispute resolution procedure between participants and users of the Western Union international payment system

Client claims are reviewed and responded to directly by the participant of the Western Union international payment system.

To resolve a dispute, the client submits a claim to the participant, based on which an appropriate investigation is carried out. If necessary, the client provides the participant with additional documents supporting the claim. If necessary, the participant contacts the Western Union international payment system to address the client's claim.

The timeframe for resolving disputes is determined by the participant in accordance with the approved rules of the Western Union international payment system. The total time for resolving the issues stated in the client's claim cannot exceed 45 days.
