Service Agreement for Banking Services
Dear Clients,
We would like to inform you that starting from August 19, 2020, Mastercard will cease providing access to the old Mastercard Lounge (UIA) in Terminal D, International Departures, at Boryspil Airport. Please note that the new Atmosfera Fly Mastercard Lounge continues its operation and is available for Platinum, World Black Edition, and World Elite cards, provided that a turnover of 6000 hryvnias is met within 30+5 days before departure, and for Corporate cards without turnover check. The new Atmosfera Fly Mastercard Lounge is located on the 3rd floor, in Terminal D, International Departures, next to the "UIA" business lounge.

Warning:
the client repays the loan amount, commissions, and interest for its use in accordance with the terms of the agreement, tariff plan, and requirements of Ukrainian legislation, including: repayment of the loan amount, commissions, and interest payments for its use within the terms and according to the payment schedule provided for in the consumer credit agreement (in the case of financing in the form of an account loan and a credit line, a payment schedule may not be provided). Early repayment of the consumer loan in full at any time and without additional payment associated with early repayment, or increasing the amount of periodic payments for its repayment.
Warning:refusal of the consumer credit agreement within 14 calendar days from the date of conclusion of this agreement (in case of refusal of such agreement, the client pays interest for the period from the date of receipt of funds to the date of their return at the interest rate established by this agreement, and takes other actions provided by the
Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Lending" or the agreement). The right to refuse the consumer credit agreement does not apply to consumer credit agreements, the performance of obligations under which is secured by the conclusion of notarized agreements (transactions).

by signing the Application-Questionnaire for accession to the Agreement, including in electronic form using the Electronic Signature, the Client unequivocally confirms that at the time of conclusion of the Agreement, the Client has familiarized himself with the full text of the Agreement with annexes (including Tariffs), fully understood its content and agrees to all the terms of the Agreement and Tariffs that are in effect on the date of conclusion of this Agreement, as well as acquainted with other information listed in para. 2 of Article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "On Financial Services and State Regulation of Financial Services Markets", including the following.
