If necessary, you also have the right to address the National Bank of Ukraine regarding the resolution of issues raised in your inquiry, including cases where the Bank has not provided a response within the legally established period for considering inquiries, or if the received response did not satisfy you.

We also inform you that addressing the Bank or the National Bank does not deprive you of the right to appeal to the court in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine to protect your rights and interests.
