You can obtain a Certificate of Loan Closure on your own through the GlobusPlus mobile application by downloading the app from the App Store or Google Play. Alternatively, you can contact the GLOBUS BANK Chat Bot (in the Messenger, Viber app by searching for "Globus Bank" or in the Telegram app by searching for "@GLOBUSBANK_bot") or call the Bank's contact center at 0 800 300 392 (24/7) to order a certificate of loan closure.
How to find out the monthly payment or the total amount for full loan repayment?
You can find out the payment amount or the total amount for full loan repayment in the GlobusPlus mobile app, in the GLOBUS BANK Chat Bot (in the Messenger, Viber app by searching for "Globus Bank" or in the Telegram  app by searching for "@GLOBUSBANK_bot"), on the Bank's website in the "Repayment of Consumer Loans" section, at self-service terminals, EasyPay, City24, and by calling the Bank's contact center at 0 800 300 392 (24/7).
How to apply for a loan?
You can go to any partner store, choose a product, and apply for a loan, or download the GlobusPlus mobile application from the App Store or Google Play to get an available limit for the "Installment Payment" service in available partner stores. For more details, follow the link.
How to refuse a loan?
You need to go to the partner store where you bought the product on credit, return the product, and write a statement about the return of the product within 14 days from the date of the loan agreement. Provide the statement to the store employee for further transmission to GLOBUS BANK. If you have not yet received the product purchased on credit, you can call the partner store's hotline and refuse the loan.
Is there a mobile app where I can monitor my debt and make loan repayments?
Yes, you can repay the loan without commission and monitor your debt online in the GlobusPlus mobile application. Download the app from the App Store or Google Play. For more details, follow the link.
When to pay a monthly payment?
If you took out a loan for goods before 01.02.2021 inclusive, you need to pay the monthly payment no later than the 10th of each month.

If you took out a loan for goods from 02.02.2021, you need to pay the monthly payment each month no later than the payment date specified in the repayment schedule. Typically, the payment date is the same as the date the loan agreement was signed.

We recommend making your payments at least 3 business days before the due date.

Are there any penalties for late payment of the monthly loan payment?
Yes, penalties for late payment of the monthly loan payment amount to 200 UAH (for each such violation). Information on the cessation of penalty charges for late payments on consumer loans during the quarantine period established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine throughout Ukraine to prevent the spread of COVID-19 is available at the link.
What is a grace period on the loan?
During the grace period, there is no commission fee for loan management (monthly commission).
What does the SMS notification service include?
The SMS notification service is a Bank service that sends electronic messages to the mobile (financial) phone number, which includes information on the payment of the monthly loan payment, the state of the loan debt, payments made towards loan repayment, and the provision of a loan closure certificate in electronic form at the client's request.

The cost of the SMS notification service ranges from 0 UAH to 799 UAH, depending on the chosen product type.

Warnings about possible consequences for the client when using the consumer loan service (without collateral)
1. The client repays the loan amount, fees, and interest in accordance with the terms of the Agreement on providing a complex of banking services at JSC "СB "GLOBUS" and the requirements of Ukrainian legislation.

2. The bank is prohibited from requiring the client to purchase any goods or services from the bank or a related party as a mandatory condition for providing these services (except for providing a package of banking services).

3. The bank does not have the right to make changes to the contracts with clients unilaterally without mandatory notification and consent of the client, in accordance with the Agreement and current legislation of Ukraine. The procedure for making changes and additions to the contract is regulated by section 10 of the Agreement on providing a complex of banking services at JSC "CB "GLOBUS".

4. The client has the right to refuse to receive advertising materials through remote communication channels.

5. The client has the right to withdraw from the Agreement on providing a complex of banking services at JSC "CB "GLOBUS", in case of using the Loan service within 14 calendar days from the date of signing in accordance with clause 2.1.4 of the Agreement (if the client withdraws from such an agreement, they pay interest for the period from the date of receiving the loan funds to the date of their return at the interest rate set by the Application Form for joining the Agreement and perform other actions provided by the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Lending" or the contract).

Possible consequences in case of non-performance by the client of obligations under the contract

1. For failure to fulfill or improper fulfillment by the Client of their obligations under the loan according to the Agreement on providing a complex of banking services at JSC "CB "GLOBUS", the Bank has the right to charge a fee for violating the terms of monthly payment repayment - 200.00 UAH for each violation.

The interest rate applied for non-fulfillment of the loan repayment obligation is 50% per annum on the amount of overdue debt on the loan principal.

2. The bank has the right, in specified cases, to demand early repayment of loan payments and compensation for damages caused by the breach of obligation.

3. The bank has the right to provide information to the credit bureau/credit register of the National Bank of Ukraine and form a negative credit history, which may be considered by the bank when making a decision on granting a loan in the future.

4. The bank has the right to contact the relevant state authorities to satisfy its claims, including by enforcement.

5. The bank has the right to contact collection companies acting in the interests of the Bank.


JSC "CB "GLOBUS" cooperates with credit intermediaries and insurance companies in the field of consumer lending. The presence, list, and cost of accompanying services of the bank, credit intermediaries, and third parties, including the amount of payment and its calculation basis, are determined by the terms of the selected credit product, with the maximum values indicated above in the "Loan Conditions" table.
